We deploy AI-driven endpoint security that uses behavioral analysis to detect ransomware, zero-day exploits, and unknown threats in real time. Automated containment helps stop threats quickly before they spread across your systems.

Advanced Phishing & Malicious URL Protection

This plan provides enhanced protection against phishing attacks, malicious websites, and deceptive download links. By blocking suspicious activity at the endpoint level, your business reduces the risk of credential theft, data loss, and malware infections.

Automated Threat Containment & Rollback

When supported, the system can automatically isolate infected devices and roll back certain ransomware changes, helping minimize disruption and reduce recovery time.

Continuous Hardware Health Monitoring

Just like our Basic plan, we monitor device hardware for early warning signs such as failing drives, overheating components, high CPU usage, and memory issues—allowing problems to be addressed before downtime occurs.

How Security Response Works

• Security alerts are reviewed during normal business hours

• When action is required, our team will contact you to review the situation

• One hour of antivirus remediation per incident is included

• Additional antivirus remediation is billed at $75 per hour

All remediation work is documented to ensure proper tracking and accountability.

What’s Not Included

This plan provides advanced security protection only.

The following services are not included:

• General IT support or troubleshooting

• Operating system or software updates

• Patch management

• System maintenance

• System configuration or changes

Non-antivirus requests must be submitted through our support ticket system.
Non-antivirus phone support is billed at $125 per incident.
