What This Plan Includes
Antivirus & Ransomware Threat Protection
We deploy enterprise-grade endpoint security to help protect your systems against common malware, ransomware, file-less attacks, and suspicious behavior. Advanced behavioral analysis helps identify threats before they can spread across your environment.
Malicious Website & Phishing Protection
This plan helps block access to known malicious websites, phishing pages, and harmful download links. By preventing users from reaching deceptive sites, your business reduces the risk of credential theft, data loss, and malware infections.
Continuous Hardware Health Monitoring
We proactively monitor device hardware for early warning signs such as failing hard drives, overheating components, high CPU usage, and memory stress. Early alerts allow you to address potential issues before they result in downtime or data loss.
How Security Response Works

The first hour of antivirus remediation per incident is included
Additional antivirus remediation is billed at $75 per hour
All remediation work is documented to ensure proper tracking and accountability.

The following services are not included:
Operating system or software updates
Patch management
System maintenance
General IT support or troubleshooting
System configuration or changes
Non-antivirus requests must be submitted through our support ticket system.
Non-antivirus phone support is billed at $125 per incident.
